Breckon and Breckon
Breckon & Breckon can trace its roots back to 1947 and has become one of the most expansive estate and letting agency firms in Oxford growing from two offices to eight and are now one of the largest independents in Oxfordshire.
Employing a team of just over 50 property professionals with a combined experience of over 400 years in the property business we also engage with the local communities in which we work and are passionate about what we do and understand that sometimes it’s the small things that can make a big difference.
Uzi Sports Limited
Uzi Sports was established in 2005 and it is family run business. We are a UK-based specialist cricket company and approved suppliers of major cricket equipment brands. We are located in Swindon ,Wiltshire.
Uzi Sports is run for cricketers, by cricketers. This means that you receive expert friendly advice and excellent customer service from cricketers who understand and care about your cricket equipment requirements.
All our bats are hand -picked by personally visiting suppliers (Gray Nicolls, Kookaburra, Newbery, Salix, New Balance) warehouses to ensure that only the finest bats are selected for our shelves and each bat is selected and tested for performance, balance and pick up rather than aesthetics. Our in store cricket bat display is the finest in the UK, with nearing 1000 bats on display and for you to pick up and feel at your leisure. Our aim has been to provide excellent customer service, the finest products, attractive prices and friendly advice.
As a sponsor of Cumnor Cricket Club – we are offering each member a 5% discount on purchases instore and online (not including sale items).
A co-educational independent school in Oxford for students aged 11-18
A warm welcome from the Principal
“We’re often asked what it is that makes d’Overbroeck’s different from other schools. The answer, I think, lies in our shared values and a relaxed but vibrant atmosphere, where the individual is key and laughter is an essential part of everyday life.
The ethos at d’Overbroeck’s is firmly built on personal relationships, on a relative lack of stuffiness and formal hierarchies, and on a strong belief that the individual, every individual, is at the heart of the school.
At the same time, our approach is emphatically collaborative. We believe in leading by example, in a healthy dose of flexibility and in the power of laughter and humanity. ‘Enthusiasm’, ‘maturity’ and ‘courtesy’ are words that very frequently feature in the observations of visitors to the school.”

Volunteering at CCC
As a club run purely by volunteers and non-profit making we always rely heavily on the generous spirit of people volunteering to help out at the club.
There are many ways you could help and we would really love to hear from you if you can. Some of the areas we are always looking for support are:
Natwest Cricket Force Day:
2018 NCFD – Weekend of 24th/25th March.
This is the day we give the clubhouse and grounds and cricket facilities a spruce up and make repairs where required in preparation for the season ahead. It usually takes place in late March or early April and will be well advertised.
We need help anywhere from sweeping the car park, cutting back hedges, painting, cleaning and preparing the cricket facilities for use.
We provide free catering all day and its great fun working together in a big team – many hands do make short work of our task list so any help – even an hour is very much appreciated.
Team managers for junior cricket age groups:
We are always in need of parents to help run teams across all age groups. This involves managing and coordinating team availability and attending match days with the age group you look after.
Parents who do help as mangers get a 50% discount on their own child’s membership fees and a discount on one summer academy place also.
Running a clubhouse always involves works which are expensive and necessary and we would always prefer to reinvest any monies we have into the grounds and cricket aspects of the club but we do have an endless maintenance and repair list at the Clubhouse and sadly not endless funds, as you would expect.
In an effort to keep costs down we would ask anyone out there who is willing to provide their skilled time for free or at a discount to please get in touch.
We are always looking for:
Decorators – internal and external
Plumbers and heating engineers
We will happily promote your company on our website and social media and at our grounds if you can offer us any help.
